Pulau Tiga Solo Packages

I made a separate entry for those who are just trying to look up ways to get to Pulau Tiga from Kota Kinabalu, disregarding budget constraints. On the other hand, here's how I did this trip for a lot less. If you don't wanna be bothered by the adventure and thrill of going through all this, let's save you the trouble, shall we?
Months prior to my trip, I emailed every agency based in Sabah that I can google and below are the packages based on their response for solo travelers staying at the resort for 2D1N -- As of June 2014
Rates:
- Standard Room: MYR 595
- Superior Room: MYR 535
Notes:
- Not a travel agency. This is currently the only operating resort on the island with full amenities (e.g., restaurant, WIFI, even the island Jetty Port can be found here)
- Since this is the only resort, those listed from items 2-4 will also be staying here.

- There's a "single supplement," which means it's about 100 ringgits cheaper if you're going as a group.
- With three full meals, land transfer from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Parks Entrance Fee, return boat transfer
- Escorted trip to the Mud Volcano
- Rates valid until March 2015

There are other expenses in the island that you may want to set aside budget for such as island hopping to the surrounding islands, other resort amenities not included on the package, restaurant food, liquor. Make sure you bring enough cash. Enjoy your trip! :)
